How long does it take for me to receive my refund? row
Returns typically take 5–7 business days to arrive at our DUKONI customer service center. For assistance, feel free to call us at 773-656-8039 or email mbp8039@gmail.com. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. While most refunds are completed within a week, please allow up to 10 business days for full processing. Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
I wore the item once to an event, but I’ve changed my mind. Am I still eligible to return it?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way. All returns must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
If I need to exchange an item for a different size or style, will you ship the replacement right away, or only after receiving the original item back?
Exchanges are treated as new orders. Your replacement item will be processed and shipped right away — we don’t wait for the return to arrive first. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the initial order.
